Day 2 of the 4 Hour Body Fat Loss Diet

Well since I am waking up I am noticing throughout the day I am very very thirsty. Don't know why but I am finding I am drinking massive quantities of water. Which is a good thing is a sense

However I am feeling lighter already which is good. I am never full despite the low taste factor in my meals

Meal 1: Egg Whites, with Spinach and Salsa with a 1/2 cup of Black Beans

Meal 1


Meal 2: 1 can of Salmon, Broccoli and 1/2 cup of Black Beans

Meal 2

Meal 3: Chicken Breast, 1/2 cup of Black Beans, Broccoli

Meal 3

Meal 4: Left over Turkey from X Mas with Broccoli

meal 4



Still tough going insane with teh cravings but whatever I take that frustration out on the gym.

Here is my starting weight for The Four Hour Body. The date of this weigh in is Decemeber 27th 2010




So there we have it at 260lbs.

This is a tough diet with no taste, certianly feel the withdrawl from the sugar. Untill next time !

The Four Hour Body Fat Loss Program

The Four Hour Body: Rapid Fat Loss Diet




I have been reading the 4 hour body and i am curious about his Slow Carb Diet he perscribes for fat loss. The subtitle is call How to loose 20 pounds in 30 days without exercise.

I am going to track my progress for the next two months to see if the diet actually does work. My goal is to weigh 225lbs by Feb. 26th 2011 when I go to Newyork City for my spring break vacation. I bought a pair of 36 size paints and my goal is to also fit into them as well.

Here is my starting progress picture



I am tracking my progress by

1. Weighing myself every Monday and every Saturday.
2. Taking a progress picture every Saturday
3. Taking photos of my meals and posting them on this blog

This will keep me accountable with the diet and measure my results with the diet.

The rules of the diet are
1. Avoid Eating White Carbs
2. Eat the same meal over and over again
3. Don’t Drink Calories
4. Don’t Eat Fruit
5. Take one day off per week and cheat your ass off

The original plan was to load them into the bodyspace blog, however its being updated and I don’t really have the time.

In the meantime enjoy yourself as I put my body on one of the toughest diets.
