Don't know why but I am finding I am drinking massive quantities of water. Which is a good thing is a sense&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However I am feeling lighter already which is good. The subtitle is call How to loose 20 pounds in 30 days without exercise.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am going to track my progress for the next two months to see if the diet actually does work. My goal is to weigh 225lbs by Feb. 26th 2011 when I go to Newyork City for my spring break vacation. Weighing myself every Monday and every Saturday.&lt;br /&gt;2. Taking a progress picture every Saturday&lt;br /&gt;3. Taking photos of my meals and posting them on this blog&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This will keep me accountable with the diet and measure my results with the diet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The rules of the diet are&lt;br /&gt;1. Avoid Eating White Carbs&lt;br /&gt;2. Eat the same meal over and over again&lt;br /&gt;3. Don’t Drink Calories&lt;br /&gt;4. Don’t Eat Fruit&lt;br /&gt;5.
